Terms and Conditions for the Mobile Club Manager Premium SMS Subscription Service
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE REGISTERING YOUR PHONE WITH ANY OF THE SMS SERVICES. SANCO RESERVES THE RIGHT, AT ANY TIME, TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BY POSTING REVISED TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON THIS WEBSITE.
- Orders
You are responsible for providing and maintaining a cellular phone and ensuring connection to a cellular network capable of receiving the SMS Services. You understand that if your cellular phone is switched off or is out of coverage for a period of 7 days or more your cellular network provider may delete any SMS Services received by you.
You confirm that you are the owner or legitimate user, or that you have the consent of the owner or legitimate user, of the cellular phone you are registering for the SMS Services.
- Price and Payment
Each MCM Premium SMS will cost 25 pence. The price is inclusive of UK VAT at the rates in force from time to time. Except in the case of manifest error, the prices payable for the SMS Services that you order are as set out on this website at the time at which you place your order.
All operational or instructional messages necessary to obtain access to the SMS subscription service (if any) will be available free of charge though www.mobileclubmanager.com
You will be given 7 days' notice/notified of any price changes via an SMS direct to your cellular phone.

Provision of Information
Following your subscription to SMS subscription service, Sanco will send you an initial SMS message free of charge which will set out the key features of the SMS subscription service (including the name of the service, confirmation that it is a subscription service, details of how you will be charged for use of the service, details of how you can cancel the service) and which will provide you with contact details for Sanco.
Once every month Sanco will send you a free SMS message free of charge setting out the key features of the SMS service as described above ("Reminder Message"). In the event that you incur £20 worth of charges for use of the SMS service over a shorter period, you will also receive a Reminder Message when this occurs.
MCM Premium SMS Service
You will either be billed for the SMS Services by your cellular phone service provider on your monthly bill or the cost of the SMS Services will be deducted from your available pre-pay balance, depending on your agreement with your cellular phone service provider.
- Termination
Your right to terminate:
In order to cancel your subscription to the MCM Premium SMS Service, simply text "STOP" to 81707. If you face any problems in cancelling your subscription, email: info@mobileclubmanager.com. One of our customer support representatives will contact you in due course. Once you have cancelled your subscription in this way, no further charges will be made to for use of the SMS subscription service. SANCO's right to terminate
This agreement terminates with immediate effect if your contract with your cellular phone service provider is ended. You agree to inform us promptly if this happens.
SANCO may terminate this agreement on giving you 10 days notice at any time.
- Service Availability
You acknowledge that the SMS Services may, at any time, be adversely affected by problems with your cellular phone network, including, without limitation, interference to the network coverage. SANCO shall not be responsible or liable to you for any loss, damage or expenses incurred directly or indirectly by you as a result of any difficulties experienced by your cellular phone service provider.

Subject to the constraints described above, SANCO will carry out the Services(s) with reasonable care and skill.
- Data Protection
The information and data ("personal data") which is provided by you when you register for the SMS Services will be held on the computers SANCO.
The personal data shall be used by SANCO for the following purposes:
- to update and develop the company's records and for assessment and analysis including market and service/product analysis;
- to assist the company in the provision of services/products to you; and
- to facilitate reviews, developments and improvements to the services/products offered to you.
SANCO may inform you from time to time by e-mail, telephone, text message or any other media about relevant news, information, services and products offered.
By law you are entitled, upon payment of a fee, to receive a copy of information or data about you that is held by any of the companies. You are also entitled to require the rectification, erasure or blocking of any such information or data which is inaccurate or not up-to-date and held by the company. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, or if you wish to opt-out of any future processing of your information or data held, please write to SANCO at the address below stating your full name, username, email address, PIN number, mobile number and providing any other relevant information.
- Intellectual Property
You agree not to publish, copy or forward on any data received by you as part of the SMS Services to any third party.
